DO YOU ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?

I am currently an in-network provider with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Midland's Choice, Medica, United Healthcare, and Nebraska Medicaid. Do you or your loved one carry something else? Please contact me and I can see about becoming an in-network provider with the entity that you do have for your health care needs.  I will gladly take the time to work with you in being able to provide care to you or your loved one and to explain any questions you may have about insurance and your financial responsibility for the services you may receive.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Typically, a therapy session lasts approximately 45 minutes to one hour.  However, I understand that sometimes that isn't enough time to accomplish what we would like to accomplish. I will work with you to the best of my abilities to accommodate the needs you or your loved one may have.

WHAT IS YOUR STYLE OF THERAPY LIKE?

I strive to provide quality care in a meaningful and practical way in a relaxed environment. I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is vital to the success of treatment and will work diligently to provide a comfortable environment for you or your loved one.

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

I understand that everyone's situation is different. If you are interested in services, but are currently uninsured or your insurance doesn't cover mental health, I'd love to discuss with you the options within my practice and the community.
